Support the delivery of effective internal communications that strengthen employee engagement
Ensure colleagues are informed and connected and support NCUK’s organisational priorities
Develop and deliver clear, engaging and consistent communications across the organisation
Support leaders to communicate key messages and initiatives to colleagues across a globally distributed workforce

Experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement
Strong written communication and content creation skills
Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messaging
Experience using internal communication platforms or intranet systems (e.g. SharePoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, collaborative and detail-focused approach
