Develop and execute creative across websites, mobile applications, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Translate complex banking products and services into visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
Ensure all creative work reflects brand guidelines while pushing for fresh, innovative executions.
Present and articulate design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay current on digital design trends, technologies, and best practices to inform and elevate output.
Work efficiently within timelines and budgets, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital design, ideally in an agency or in-house environment with financial services exposure—and a BA or advertising diploma doesn’t hurt either.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise across platforms (websites, apps, digital advertising, social, email).
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), and other digital design tools.
Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with a sharp eye for detail and craft.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable discussing and defending design decisions.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work seamlessly with writers, developers, strategists, and account teams.
Excellent time management skills, you’ll be juggling multiple projects, attending meetings, and making sure everything is on track.
Experience working within design systems or digital style guides.
A Copywriter partner with a track record of great, shared work (nice to have but not necessary).
