Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of experiential marketing activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, coordinating logistics, timelines, and expectations to ensure seamless event execution.
Be available to work in-field at various locations across Canada, overseeing setup, activation, and tear-down to ensure flawless event delivery.
Serve as the face of client brands, embodying Diamond values and promoting a positive image to customers and stakeholders.
Manage logistics including equipment, materials, and staffing coordination, ensuring all operational details are addressed proactively.
Gather customer feedback and insights during events to inform improvements and enhance the overall experience.
Assist in preparing post-event reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and logistics coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Outgoing personality with a friendly and approachable demeanor
2+ years experience in brand promotion or marketing; Team Lead/Field Manager experience preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb
Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as required
Valid Canadian driver’s licence required
