Network Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• perform network monitoring, reporting, and facilitate recovery from degraded or failed services
• provide technical support for incident response, service degradations, outages, and other service interruptions
• investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to monitoring tools
• manage service or infrastructure outages or degradations via ticket creation and coordination
• maintain ongoing monitoring and communication of service flags through phone, email, and other means
• support and maintain monitoring tools, researching, and testing improvements for recommendation and implementation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years' experience in Network Operations
• Must be US citizen
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government clearance
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• CCNP Certification (preferred)
• Valid Security+ Certification (preferred)
• Active secret security clearance or higher (preferred)
