Concept and design a variety of marketing and advertising materials including web and social graphics, presentation decks, ad creative, whitepapers, reports, infographics, videos, websites, one-pagers, and trade show displays
Develop and implement systems, templates, and processes that streamline asset creation and improve efficiency
Design high-fidelity website mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring all designs are responsive, user-centric, and aligned with modern UI/UX best practices
Act as a steward of the Jobsity brand identity, ensuring all assets adhere to established brand guidelines while also exploring creative boundaries
Assist in the refresh of brand elements, including iconography libraries, photography styles, and color palette
Contribute to the design and production of physical assets for events, including trade show booths, swag/merchandise, and print collateral, including preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors
Organize and maintain a digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure the wider team can easily find and use designs, photos, and templates
Participate in design and production of multimedia campaigns and assets
Requirements
5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in tech or B2B with a strong understanding of brand identity systems and their application
Exceptional online portfolio showing a range of work across digital and print projects
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and After Effects) and strong proficiency in Canva
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Comprehensive knowledge of design principles including typography, composition, color schemes, imagery, and illustration
Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
