Conduct user research and gather insights (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis)
Communicate directly with users (in English)
Identify user pain points and needs, and formulate UX hypotheses
Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
Create low
and high-fidelity mock-ups as well as prototypes
Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle
Ensure consistency of user experience and contribute to evolving existing UI components
Requirements
At least 4 years of UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio
Solid understanding of the full UX process, from discovery to implementation
Experience with research and design methods such as user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and wireframing
Ability to create high-fidelity designs and polished interfaces
Hands-on experience working with design systems and reusable components
Skill in translating business goals into clear and effective UX solutions
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
A self-driven mindset combined with the ability to work well in a team
Confidence in English communication, both written and spoken
Bonus points if you have: Experience working on data-driven products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions, Familiarity with the marketing domain, Advanced proficiency in Figma
