About this role

Lead the closing of the group’s statutory consolidated financial statements (outsourced)
Collect and review consolidation packs from the group’s various entities
Produce the group’s consolidated management accounts and financial reporting
Supervise general ledger and sub-ledger accounting across group entities
Ensure the accounts comply with French accounting standards and group accounting policies
Coordinate with tax advisors and statutory auditors
Manage and lead a team of six accountants
Participate in M&A transactions, restructurings or the set-up of new entities

Advanced degree in accounting, finance or management (Chartered Accountant, DSCG, Master CCA, business school or equivalent)
Significant experience (minimum 8–10 years) in consolidation and group accounting (45 legal entities)
Strong command of consolidation techniques (intragroup eliminations, adjustments, changes in scope, harmonization of accounting methods)
Good knowledge of French GAAP and ideally IFRS
Solid understanding of group taxation and tax consolidation mechanisms
Proficiency with a consolidation tool and a financial ERP
Advanced Excel skills
