Role Overview
- Support staff responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
- Enter invoices into the accounting system and post them to the appropriate ledgers
- Record and validate various inventory-related transactions and analyze inventory variances
- Communicate with suppliers and distributors to promptly resolve payment-related issues
- Record payments by entering them into the accounting software
Requirements
- Excellent French and English skills, both spoken and written
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Discretion, professionalism, good judgment, attention to detail, and thoroughness
