About this role
Role Overview
identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the German market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the German market.
Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs.
extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the German market.
capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management.
We recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.
experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
native speaker in German, fluent in English. French is a plus.
Graduated from a top academic institution.
