Build and maintain responsive, high-fidelity web applications using React and TypeScript.
Design and implement the technical logic and schemas that power our core platform.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and support issues to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Take ownership of the technical setup for new accounts, ensuring that the platform's logic and data structures align perfectly with user-specific requirements.
Help develop internal workflows and tools that allow us to scale our platform's capabilities across different clinical settings.
Work with the engineering team to monitor platform health and implement frontend optimizations to improve speed and reliability.

1-2 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
Experience managing complex application state and data flows.
Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.) and responsive design.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
