Lead and evolve Magoya’s visual identity, ensuring a seamless and premium brand experience across web, mobile, marketing, and corporate communications.
Design high-fidelity screens, bespoke illustrations, and micro-interactions for our web and digital products, simplifying complex information through superior UI.
Architect and maintain scalable component libraries and design tokens in Figma to ensure design-to-development alignment.
Partner with leadership to create high-stakes visual presentations and pitch materials, translating complex business data into compelling visual narratives.
Own the visual execution for corporate events, from digital invitations and launch collateral to physical environmental graphics.
Drive creative innovation by proactively introducing new visual formats, styles, and trends to keep the brand modern and competitive.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Visual, Brand, or Digital Design, preferably within the tech or agency space.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual systems, typography, layout, and motion or interaction design.
Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience building and managing component libraries, design tokens, and consistent design systems.
Strong expertise in visual presentations (Google Slides) and storytelling through design.
Ability to communicate visual decisions clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and delivering to tight deadlines.
Fluency in English (required).
