About this role
Role Overview
Supplier management and payments
Accounts payable: Monitoring purchase order creations and delivery notes (DN) processed by other departments (internal approval workflow validation)
Ensuring correct accounting treatment of supplier invoices through the Yooz Automatic Document Recognition software
Preparation and execution of supplier payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines approved by the Finance Department
Expense management: Reviewing expense reports to ensure compliance with internal policies
Validation and automatic import of expense reports from the Lucca HRIS into the accounting system
Cash and bank management: Recording daily bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations
Month-end closing and reporting: Contributing to the preparation of monthly positions (accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets…)
Verifying and analyzing accounts to ensure data reliability
Tax and administrative follow-up: Preparing monthly VAT returns and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Handling and monitoring accounting-dedicated mailboxes in coordination with the team.
Requirements
Accounting experience is required (minimum 4 years in the field, preferably in an accounting firm)
Degree or diploma in accounting/finance (e.g., DCG, BUT GEA, or BTS in Accounting and Management)
Fluency in French is required
Experience with ERP systems (Divalto or SAP) is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
