Work with the CDO and Digital Client Director to develop our digital proposition – and the suite of services and solutions available to clients.
Own the development and promotion of our digital proposition by working with the new business team to develop a programme of events, research, case studies that evidences our leadership position
Work in partnership with our clients to develop their digital strategy and how role in realising their digital ambition – and specifically working with the client management team to deliver our Annual Digital reviews and quarterly reviews
Own the development of the PCG digital communications strategy and work with the BD team to realise our ambitions across social, web, SEO, GEO and digital marketing.
Work with the AI Czar, CTO and AI team to define and deliver on the priority AI workstreams
Identify and define the digital consultancy services we will take to market – such as AI Analysis, Analytics,SEO, GEO and accessibility
Own the definition and delivery of our research programme, including the Digital Index to promote our digital leadership and actively drive new business opportunities
Own and manage the 3rd party relationships we have in place for the digital consultancy services and maximise the value, revenue and margin from each service we provide
Develop with BD the sales and marketing programme for consultancy services to achieve our revenue forecasts
Actively work with the client facing teams across PCG to identify digital services and solutions we can promote to their clients and define a programme of work to realise this
Proactively work with the SC teams in BSG in both UK and APAC to identify and convert cross sales opportunities (non-digital to digital and vice versa)
Collaborate with the CDO and the digital client teams to identify cross and upsales opportunities with clients and work with them to realise them
Lead the delivery of our digital thought leadership programme to keep us front of mind in our prospect pool
Ensure the continuous stream of case studies to promote our work
Actively manage with the BD team our social media presence
Work with the CDO and digital client teams to win new business pitches – owning our digital strategy for these prospects
Requirements
5+ years agency or client-side experience
Experience interacting with clients at a variety of levels and across functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
Experience of large scale digital projects from inception to delivery
Good knowledge of project management techniques for digital solutions including requirements definition, sitemaps, schematics and wireframes, web analytics, etc.
Enthusiasm and eagerness to embrace the opportunities provided by AI
Must be able to work effectively under pressure, within strict time constraints
Ability to manage many urgent and often conflicting priorities
