Payroll Expert

Role Overview

• Full payroll processing as part of a team
• Management of DSN (Déclarations Sociales Nominatives) and various post-payroll reports
• Active participation in onboarding new clients in collaboration with the Client Onboarding team
• Providing clients with advice on social/HR management
• Supervise and secure the entire payroll cycle for the team's shared client portfolio
• Advise and support payroll managers and the administrative assistant / payroll operator in handling complex cases
• Ensure strict application of social legislation
• Work closely with other payroll experts to optimize practices

Requirements

• Strong payroll management and payroll expertise (ideally 5+ years)
• Ability to work in a team and build strong client relationships
• Curiosity and drive
• Rigor, teaching ability, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a transforming environment with a high capacity for adaptation
