About this role
Role Overview
Structure, lead and operate the technical support for the imagino solution
Provide very high-level support, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs
Ensure satisfaction of enterprise/key account customers
Increase the maturity of imagino support at an international scale
Manage support from France for the France, United States and Asia regions
Act as the technical and support point of contact for the imagino platform
Establish the foundations for a structured, scalable and international support organization (with 24/7 operation eventual goal)
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor’s to Master’s level, Bac+3 to Bac+5)
8 years of experience in a technical support, consulting or SaaS environment
Significant experience at a software vendor is highly valued
Proven experience working in a structured, large-scale support organization
Comfortable operating in an international environment
Knowledge of CRM tools that handle customer data
Databases (SQL), both in design and practical use
Common web-oriented languages: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Go…
