Role Overview
- Understand clients' needs and the challenges they face
- Propose solutions to maximize the use and adoption of our software products
- Configure and customize products to meet clients' specific requirements
- Provide training and technical support to clients and partners
- Work closely with imagino's internal teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent)
- Minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in Digital Marketing, regardless of industry
- Strong skills in data modeling (relational), SQL, and JavaScript
- Strong team spirit
- Curiosity, openness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, able to work under pressure, proactive and able to lead projects in a fast-moving environment
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Excellent spoken and written French
- English is a plus for international development
