Role Overview
- Endpoint management: Administration of macOS and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune
- Security & Compliance: Hardening endpoints and supporting audits
- Onboarding & Support: Designing the new-joiner experience and providing 1st-/2nd-level support
- Identity & Access: Managing Entra ID (Azure AD) and the offboarding process
- Automation-first: Standardizing and automating tasks
- Maintain office IT infrastructure and ensure a user-friendly experience
Requirements
- Experience administering macOS and Windows
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., Wi‑Fi, VPN)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
