As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for our HR IT area with a focus on LOGA.
You combine leadership, client responsibility and operational HR IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team.
Build, manage and strategically develop our HR IT team.
Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from conception to productive implementation.
Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules.
Ensure quality, on-time delivery and adherence to defined service level standards.
Manage complex interfaces to client systems and external partners.
Develop standards, best practices and scalable service processes.
Act as a sparring partner for senior management and clients on HR IT matters.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
Alternatively: commercial apprenticeship with substantial HR/payroll further training.
Several years of experience in the HR IT environment with strong LOGA expertise.
Deep practical experience in customizing, preferably in payroll and time management.
Experience in project management and ideally in leading employees.
Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making strength and a structured way of working.
Very good German and good English skills.
Experience in the services or BPO environment is an advantage.
