Design, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to client requirements
Build and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations
Implement AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies
Customize and extend the search platform UX and UI based on customer needs
Act as a trusted technical advisor during all phases of the implementation lifecycle
Present technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiences
Lead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablement
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure high-impact delivery
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical best practices
Participate in roadmap planning and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering roles
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
1+ year of frontend experience using Angular, TypeScript, or React
Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
