Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Understand clients' business objectives and guide the use of Arvo's solutions to maximize impact and value.
Lead prioritization of features and initiatives for clients based on careful analysis of potential return and client context.
Conduct onboarding sessions and regular check-ins with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
Develop detailed reports on the impact of implemented solutions, presenting results to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to align priorities and deliver effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Project Management, preferably in startup or consulting environments.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management practices and business operations.
Analytical skills to develop data-driven solutions and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; an MBA or specialization is a plus.
