You independently recruit across all of our functions.
You oversee end-to-end recruitment.
You implement an effective sourcing strategy.
You provide regular reporting and analyze areas for improvement (time-to-hire, quality, conversion, etc.).
You ensure an outstanding candidate experience: clarity, responsiveness, transparency, and systematic feedback.
You contribute to promoting and developing our internal employee referral program.
You lead new-employee onboarding: welcome on day one, regular follow-ups and check-ins up to the 3-month mark.
You contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
You actively help promote our tech culture.
You propose creative ideas to showcase our teams and roles and to attract new talent.
Support with drafting and renewing contractor contracts.
Requirements
You are enrolled in an HR program, business school, or a university degree — but above all you are motivated, curious, and ready to get involved.
You enjoy human interaction and take pleasure in communicating, listening and persuading.
Interviews don't scare you: on the contrary, you are committed to creating a smooth, human and memorable candidate experience while taking care of the talents you meet.
Naturally curious, you are attracted to the world of tech, digital products and start-ups.
You understand the importance of an authentic employer brand and have plenty of ideas to bring it to life.
You also have a commercial mindset: you like targets, tracking KPIs, prioritizing effectively and driving results.
Challenges motivate you; you know how to follow up, adjust your sourcing strategy and persevere until you find the right profile.
You know how to organize, prioritize and see tasks through: well-managed processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a clean ATS resonate with you.
You are comfortable working in a team and know how to engage hiring managers to move forward together in a partnership mindset.
