Lead end-to-end design for core modules across web and mobile platforms, from discovery to high-fidelity delivery.
Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing with construction professionals to deeply understand their pain points, workflows, and needs in the field and office environments, including validating design decisions and identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to define user journeys and optimize usability.
Create prototypes, design specs, and documentation that bridge communication between design and development teams.
Participate in design critiques, contribute to UX strategy, and help elevate design culture across the company.

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred).
Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Hands-on experience with component-based design systems (preferably MUI).
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale clearly.
Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX depth, and visual polish.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
