About this role
Role Overview
Research and identify key decision-makers within target civil construction companies
Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and events)
Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads
Occasionally travel to meet prospects and support in-person demos or introductions
Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
Provide feedback to the team on trends and outreach effectiveness
Requirements
1–3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS or construction tech preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong curiosity and ability to understand customer pain points
Proactive, goal-driven, and resilient mindset
Organised and detail-oriented with strong CRM discipline
Confident engaging prospects in-person and over the phone
Willingness to travel within Australia for events and prospect visits
Based in Melbourne and available for a hybrid work model (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
