Spearhead the development of a product & business aimed at unlocking value for existing Gusto customers as well as expanding Gusto’s customer base to new segments
Unlocking savings for SMBs through tax credits
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Ops and Data Science on all stages of the product development process
Run lean experiments and A/B tests to quickly prove out hypotheses and test new concepts.
Create a long-term vision and strategy that defines the big problems we can solve well with a durable competitive advantage
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience or 12+ years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products
Strong product discovery skills and analytical skills

The ability to tell a compelling story that drives alignment and inspires action
Strong collaboration skills; ability to quickly build trust quickly
