About this role
Role Overview
- Support both existing and new Naval Architecture customers
- Act as a trusted expert for NAPA’s ship design software
- Solve real-world design challenges
- Help customers maximize the use of NAPA solutions
- Create training materials and deliver user training at NAPA offices or customer sites
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Software Development teams
Requirements
- More than two years of work experience performing ship structural design or structural analyses
- MSc or BSc in Science or some other domain related to our focus (e.g. Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture)
- Ability to work independently in close cooperation with other team members
- Experience in a design office or shipyard (beneficial)
- Experience in structural detail design (beneficial)
- Insight into Finite Element Analyses (beneficial)
- Basic programming skills (beneficial)
- Experience with CAD/CAE systems (e.g. NAPA Steel, AVEVA Marine, Cadmatic, beneficial)
- Previous experience in the utilization of AI in service operations or data analysis (beneficial)
- Excellent teaching skills (hoped for)
- Fluent written and spoken English skills (required)
