Role Overview
Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the Payment Gateway, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and merchant requirements.
Conducting in-depth market analysis, including competitor research, best practice studies, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance the product.
Engaging with stakeholders (merchants, internal teams, top management) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize business processes.
Collaborating with development, UX/UI, analytics, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyzing user feedback to validate the usability and effectiveness of implemented features.
Collecting and analyzing feedback from customer support and merchants, translating identified issues into concrete product improvements.
Ensuring seamless integration of the payment product with other components of the company’s ecosystem (APIs, security systems, analytics, etc.).
Supporting and fostering internal training processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
Deep understanding of the payment solutions ecosystem: payment orchestration, PSPs (payment service providers), acquiring, payment schemes, and anti-fraud systems.
Experience with merchant back-office systems, including transaction management, new payment method integration, analytics, and reporting.
Strong skills in managing complex B2B products, with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams, as well as external partners.
Understanding of API integrations and their role within the payment solutions ecosystem.
Commitment to continuous product improvement, based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
English proficiency at B2+ level for communication with international partners.
