About this role

Providing electrical and reliability engineering support of equipment assets
Factory wide technical authority with ownership of the standards, knowledge and competences
Assists with continuous improvement efforts
Works on plant floor with specialists, Production Manager, Supervisors, and engineering staff
Supports continuous improvement projects aimed at waste reduction and efficiency improvements
Assist in capital projects by providing electrical engineering support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct electrical system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
Perform reliability analysis and implement predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
Assisting in development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of electrical systems
Coordinating with vendors and contractors for timely repairs and upgrades
Help with supporting and improving automation systems
Oversee and ensure safety and reliability of the spray dryer system
