work on commercial contracts, data and AI-related legal questions, IP rights, and data protection through collaboration with business leadership
build group-wide compliance structures that enable growth

A relevant Master of Laws degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in demanding corporate legal roles (e.g., technology company, listed company, or law firm)
Strong expertise in commercial contract law and legal matters related to technology, software, or data-driven business
Experience in a listed company environment and corporate governance
Ability to act as a strategic sparring partner to executive leadership and connect legal insight with business objectives
Experience in M&A, growth initiatives, or international business
Genuine interest in technology, data, and the evolving legal and ethical questions surrounding AI
Fluent Finnish and English skills
