Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and functional positions requiring Full Scope Polygraph clearance
Source, screen, and qualify candidates with active FSP clearances across IC agencies such as National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and related mission partners
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity SMEs, Systems Engineers, and Analysts
Partner closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leadership to understand technical requirements and clearance constraints
Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, clearance availability, and competitive landscape
Manage candidates through offer negotiation, counteroffer strategy, and pre-employment processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS/CRM systems
Attend cleared job fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities to expand FSP network
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in cleared recruiting, with a strong focus on Full Scope Polygraph positions
Demonstrated success placing candidates into IC contracts and programs
Deep understanding of clearance types (TS/SCI, CI Poly, Full Scope Poly) and crossover processes
Proven ability to source passive FSP-cleared talent through multiple channels
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
