Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for Intelligence Community and Federal Government opportunities.
Serve as the central integrator across Business Development, Capture, Recruiting, Finance, Operations, and technical teams.
Ensure end-to-end compliance with RFP requirements and instructions.
Lead solution development with Capture, SMEs, and Operations.
Conduct final submittal review with the CSO and submit proposals in strict accordance with RFP instructions.
Use HubSpot and SharePoint for proposal tracking and documentation.
Write, edit, and integrate proposal content using Microsoft Word.

7 or more years of proposal management experience supporting IC agencies.
Demonstrated success managing complex, competitive proposals as a prime contractor.
Experience supporting proposals valued at $50M or greater, including multi-volume submissions.
Strong working knowledge of FAR and IC acquisition processes.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Capture, BD, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations.
Experience leading distributed proposal teams under aggressive deadlines.
Familiarity with Shipley or Shipley-aligned proposal best practices.
