Lead CRM projects: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, and user acceptance testing
Support business stakeholders in defining their needs and advise on possible solutions
Manage incidents and problems and oversee their resolution
Ensure compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act)
Build and grow a community of CRM business champions and subject-matter experts
Establish service KPIs and propose improvements
Provide expertise on Edeal (on-premise) CRM solutions and HubSpot

Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science/IT and Project Management
5 to 10 years of experience
Knowledge of other CRM platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of technical architectures and integration challenges (APIs, SQL)
Experienced with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall/V-model)
Awareness of data security and compliance issues
Ability to align and coordinate diverse profiles (business, IT, vendors)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain concepts clearly
