About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a partner and channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives in the UK and US markets
Identify target markets, industries, and ideal partner profiles
Design, launch, and manage a structured partner program for channel, alliance, and referral partners
Create clear value propositions, incentive models, and engagement frameworks for partners
Lead partner onboarding processes to ensure readiness and alignment
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to enable partner success
Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations
Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Continuously refine the partner program based on performance data, partner feedback, and market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in partner development, channel management, alliances, or business development within the technology or software services sector
Strong understanding of application development and software development services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic programs with measurable results
Experience with CRM platforms and partner management tools is advantageous
