Own the product direction for our Integrations area and shape what we build next
Lead and support Product Managers and help the team succeed together
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to turn customer needs into product outcomes
Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integrations product area
Drive prioritization based on customer value, business impact, and product goals
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver outcomes through strong discovery and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align expectations and move forward together
Support and coach Product Managers, helping them grow and thrive
Keep a close eye on customer needs, market trends, and how integrations can unlock new value

Experience in product leadership (ideally leading a product area, product managers, or cross-functional teams)
Strong product skills: strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution
Comfort working with technical topics such as APIs, integrations, platforms, or ecosystems
The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset — you bring structure, calm, and momentum
Curiosity and a drive to improve how things work (not just what gets built)
