Role Overview
- Manage recruitment assignments end-to-end within a defined framework
- Identify and approach targeted profiles through direct sourcing/headhunting
- Thoroughly screen candidates (background, motivations, fit for the role)
- Participate in client communications (scoping, progress updates, feedback)
- Contribute to building high-quality shortlists
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on assignments and candidates
Requirements
- Has prior experience in recruitment, headhunting, or in a role requiring proactive sourcing or advisory work
- Appreciates structured environments and well-defined roles
- Demonstrates persistence and a methodical approach
- Comfortable building client relationships and conducting high-quality interactions
- Wants to join an agency where quality is prioritized over volume
