About this role
Role Overview
Guide new customers through the onboarding journey, from kick-off to go-live.
Configure and tailor the software solution to meet customer requirements.
Lead product training sessions, virtually or on-site.
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
Help ensure long-term customer success and high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Proactively monitor progress and continuously improve onboarding processes.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS or hospitality/booking technology environment, system configuration and integrations is highly valued.
2–4 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, training, or similar customer-facing roles.
Comfortable working with property management, booking, or other hospitality systems.
Experience with our core platforms, VisBook and/or BookVisit, will be highly valued.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, or similar systems is an advantage.
The ability to analyze and interpret customer data to guide usage, identify risks, and support successful onboarding outcomes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
A customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Swedish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are required.
