Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze end-to-end workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies and decision points, and convert operational challenges into clear, actionable AI and automation use cases.
Design proofs of concept in live business environments, ensuring a structured transition into scalable production solutions with clearly defined success metrics.
Act as the bridge between executive leadership, product management, engineering, data teams, IT, and external partners, converting strategic objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.
Establish best practices, operational playbooks, and responsible AI guidelines while addressing adoption barriers related to processes, skills, incentives, and governance.
Implement dashboards, performance metrics, and data pipelines to track the performance of AI initiatives and support consistent, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
Background and experience in engineering, data, digital transformation, and AI.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex initiatives.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into executable plans.
Strong business acumen with a value-driven mindset.
Solid product mindset and stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments with ownership of roadmaps and delivery.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
