You will be responsible for managing a module of work or leading a small project team (1-2 members).
This involves guiding client teams and structuring analyses to address key client challenges.
Key objectives include serving as an internal role model, building expertise with mid-level client management, and beginning to engage in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.
Garnering market intelligence through mix of secondary research and interactions with business stakeholders.
Collation, validation and meaningful analysis of the data derive critical insights.
Develop basic excel based models – market sizing model, demand estimation model, strategic attractiveness model, forecasting model etc.
Develop industry and competition profiles.
Develop module reports and help supervisors to draft client-ready deliverables.
Consistent and error free delivery.
Taking ownership of own work.
Leverage sector/ technology knowledge in supporting on proposals.
Keeping abreast with the latest happening in the industry and share novel ideas and thoughts through various platforms.
Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded.
Develop excellent quality content.
Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within the sectors mentioned above.
Postgraduate qualification
MBA desirable
Relevant engineering discipline is such as mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical is Mandatory
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a MUST
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Capable of working independently with minimal remote supervision.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
