Client service: acting as a point of contact for clients, resolving client queries, preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive client relationships.
Managing documentation: ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintaining comprehensive client files and reports.
Client account management: completing any additional client requests within set timeframes, including all client post-meeting actions.
Completing transactions: performing trading independently, such as switches, withdrawals and contributions.
Process management: undertaking all processes required within the Client Executive centre of excellence and managing all tasks.
Liaising with providers: dealing professionally with third-party providers regarding transactions and submissions.
Data and system management: using platforms and systems to complete your duties, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records.
Maintaining the accuracy of our CRM and ensuring this is accurate and kept up to date.
Requirements
Financial Services experience – you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a good understanding of financial products and FCA principles.
Client-focused – experienced and thrive in a client-facing role, with a genuine interest in their needs and enjoy providing proactive, effective and efficient support to stakeholders.
A confident platform and tech user – fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledgeable about different provider platforms and able to confidently produce and analyse reports.
Methodical and organised – motivated to deliver high-quality work, with great levels of attention to detail and experience of managing different priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills – a supportive and collaborative team member with an ability to build strong relationships effectively.
You will be eager to contribute, share, coach others, and embrace your role as a ‘go-to’ person for our Associate Client Executives.
Supporting others – keen to support others with their learning and professional growth, you will be motivated to share your knowledge and take the initiative to upskill your colleagues where possible.

Numerate
you have a good aptitude for numbers and enjoy applying them to real-world scenarios.
No qualification in Financial Services/Planning? No problem! Whilst working towards or holding a qualification in Financial Services is advantageous, we would still like to hear from you if you have developed great knowledge and skills in our sector and have an eagerness to learn or begin qualifications.
