Degree from a higher education institution (HR, management, business school or equivalent)
Significant experience in strategic account management and team leadership
Strong results orientation and solid understanding of economic challenges
Strategic vision and strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership and ability to unite and motivate managers
Excellent interpersonal skills with senior-level stakeholders
Ability to make trade-offs, prioritize and make decisions
Service-minded with a partnership culture
Comfortable using management and reporting tools
