Provide enterprise architecture leadership across the SAP landscape, guiding strategy, target-state design, and multi-year transformation roadmaps, including transition architectures and investment cases aligned to enterprise strategy
Lead S/4HANA architecture for SAP initiatives; govern standards and deliver integrated, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, IT strategy, and the organization’s digital transformation roadmap, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
Establish architecture principles, reference models, and guardrails; design and run Architecture Review Board processes to ensure compliance and solution quality
Mentor solution architects and platform teams, building architecture capability, standards, and best practices across the organization
Facilitate decision-making, trade-offs, and risk management across programs and portfolios to drive successful outcomes
Requirements
Several years of experience in SAP ERP solution delivery and architecture, including enterprise architecture leadership
Proven hands-on experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations, with at least one S/4HANA transformation
Integration expertise covering SAP BTP/CPI, PI/PO, and API management, designing real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns
Strong knowledge of business process management, process architecture, application architecture, and software architecture
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills at all management levels within IT and with business stakeholders, with fluent English (German is a plus)
