Produce construction drawings for a variety of project types;
Collaborate with project managers in developing concepts and preparing technical documents;
Actively contribute to projects carried out by multidisciplinary teams;
Prepare budgetary cost estimates for works;
Potentially take charge of certain projects depending on level of autonomy and experience;
Participate in construction monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications;
Maintain effective and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 2 years of experience combined with a technical diploma in architecture;
Associate or certified member of the AAPQ (asset; possibility to obtain membership);
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite;
Proficiency in SketchUp (asset);
Holding ASP accreditation cards (asset);
Experience in construction site supervision (asset).
