Design and implement a multi-tenant, multi-market platform architecture that supports long-term international expansion
Define the strategy for data modeling, service boundaries, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines
Establish secure authentication flows and develop self-service capabilities for different regional markets and internal teams
Lead by example by delivering high-quality code and an initial MVP to set the pace for the engineering team
Document all architectural choices to ensure the system remains maintainable and adaptable as it scales
Maintain transparent communication with business stakeholders to build trust and align technical progress with product goals

Deep experience with AWS in cloud-native environments (Azure experience is a significant plus)
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React is essential
Proven track record as a Lead Developer or Staff Engineer, particularly in designing new architectures that integrate with legacy systems
Strong understanding of regulated multi-tenant SaaS environments; experience in the Healthcare sector is highly preferred
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with external video technology providers and working within complex, multi-system environments
