Leading and developing our future India finance team, setting clear expectations and supporting growth
Ensuring strong financial control across core accounting processes, close cycles, and reconciliations
Working with external accountants on local statutory accounting and tax matters
Partnering with external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll and employment compliance
Delivering timely, accurate monthly reporting to the UK group
Managing intercompany charges and ensuring alignment with group standards
Acting as the primary liaison with local auditors and external advisors
Continuously improving finance processes, structure, and ways of working
Requirements
A senior finance leader responsible for building and running a dependable, well‑structured Finance operation in India that supports the Snap group’s international growth.
As the Snap group continues to scale globally, this role exists to establish and lead a strong, dependable finance operation in India, fully aligned to UK group standards and expectations.
You will play a critical role in bringing clarity, structure and ownership to a growing offshore finance function. You’ll ensure consistent, high‑quality finance delivery while creating an environment where people feel supported, developed and accountable.
This is a leadership role with real influence. Through building capability, strengthening controls and improving ways of working, you’ll help ensure finance is a trusted, effective partner to the wider business, locally and internationally.

Previous experience within a UK‑ or Europe‑headquartered group
Exposure to group reporting or consolidation
Experience supporting audits or working with external advisors
Process improvement or transition experience
A professional accounting qualification (or currently working towards one)
