About this role

Conduct sessions in German, ranging from course overviews to deep-dive coding assessments.
Regularly update lesson materials, code examples, and exercises.
Develop new modules (e.g., new Next.js features or AI tools) to keep the course state-of-the-art.
Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry developments.
Lead the 5-week project phase, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, and progress evaluations.
Demonstrate and teach how to use AI tools effectively to accelerate development without sacrificing code quality.

Proven track record in fullstack development (TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js).
Expert in coding with AI — skilled at using LLMs to produce better code, debug faster, and train students to do so responsibly.
Experience creating or maintaining technical educational content.
Native or near-native German is mandatory (course language).
Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
