Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance/ Economics, or a related field. (MBA will considered an advantage)
7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role
Deep understanding of the financial markets, regulatory environment, and local market dynamics
Proven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operations management
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational excellence
Proficiency with CRM software and data analytics tools
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
