Requirements

Proven Leadership Experience: Multiple years of experience building and scaling Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR teams in Enterprise B2B software environment, ideally 3-5+ years
Complex Software Sales: Experience selling complex software solutions with multiple stakeholders, ideally in technical or engineering contexts
Language Proficiency: Excellent German and English skills for coaching German-speaking SDRs and analyzing their conversations
