Coordinate the delivery of Yonder’s compliance monitoring programme, including carrying out monitoring activities, gathering evidence, and tracking follow-up actions.
Assist in providing day-to-day 2nd-line compliance support and challenge to the business, escalating issues to senior compliance where needed.
Support compliance input into new products, product changes, and business initiatives under the guidance of senior compliance colleagues.
Help maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control documentation, ensuring they are kept up to date.
Track compliance risks, issues, and remediation actions, and help prepare management information and reporting.
Assist with regulatory engagement activities, including preparing information and materials for regulator requests and reviews.
Requirements
Have a strong compliance background: You have a solid foundation in how a compliance function should run and feel comfortable getting to grips with the ever changing compliance landscape.
Having a consumer credit or Fintech background is a huge plus!
Enjoy solving difficult problems and stay cool under pressure: We’ve got ambitious goals and we like to move fast.
You need to be comfortable solving problems quickly and you need to keep your cool in order to find solutions if things go slightly pear-shaped.
