Role Overview
- Develop, improve, and drive the implementation of the Site Design Standard for CIP process
- Participate and lead activities during all phases of projects, from design to commissioning and startup
- Deliver engineering work that meets targets aligned with the overall Sustainable Operations strategy
- Lead the CIP Engineering network of CIP experts across Operations
- Approve new technologies according to Oatly standards
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering (food, pharma, biotechnology or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of process design within Food, Pharma, FMCG, preferably in brewery or plant-based product production
- Strong knowledge of food production/food process industry
- Proven knowledge of food processing technology
- Hygienic design and CIP validation and optimization
- Good knowledge of digitalization tools for CIP process
- Experience in thermodynamics, mass balance, heat and momentum transfer
