Role Overview
Lead discovery workshops to uncover client business processes, pain points, and functional requirements across lending, cards, wallets, and onboarding journeys.
Translate business requirements into structured, product-aligned solution designs that leverage the platform’s lending, cards, and payments modules.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and end-to-end customer walkthroughs that illustrate functional value.
Own and develop the functional sections of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and supporting documentation.
Work closely with internal product, delivery, and sales teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Support Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), gap analysis, requirement mapping, and functional clarifications throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in functional pre-sales within fintech, lending, cards, digital onboarding, or related financial domains.
Strong understanding of financial workflows such as LOS/LMS, wallets, KYC/KYB, and payments.
Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Ability to translate complex business problems into structured, product-driven solution approaches.
