About this role
Role Overview
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales pipelines within the financial services sector
Develop and execute a robust, localized go-to-market strategy tailored for Malaysia
Spearhead the coordination and collaboration with enterprise accounts, prospects, and internal product & delivery teams
Translate commercial negotiations and deal closure into actionable tasks and deliverables
Gather and relay client needs, market intelligence, and product deployment feedback
Monitor and report on sales pipelines, enterprise account performance, and deal metrics
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B Enterprise financial software/fintech sales (8+ years)
Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including banking operations
Experience with core banking systems or financial infrastructure is a significant plus
Deep knowledge of the Malaysian financial landscape
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges
Sufficient technical understanding to discuss integrations and technical requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Exceptional interpersonal skills
